Technical Support Engineer
InduSoft offers a powerful family of industrial software products for developing Windows-based applications in industrial automation, instrumentation, and embedded systems. We are looking for experienced industrial automation experts to expand our technical support group. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a growing team of technical professionals helping our customs building cutting-edge industrial automation solutions. This is a level two position where you will have the opportunity to use your problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Successful candidates will have,
- Great customer relationship management skills
- In depth knowledge with at least one HMI and/or SCADA system (e.g., InduSoft, WonderWare, ICONICS, etc.)
- Background in industrial automation for oil and gas operations, automotive, packaging, pharmaceutical, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE-FANUC, OMRON, or other PLCs
- Familiarity with industrial networks such as DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus, ControlNet, RIO, DH+, and Ethernet
Other required skills include,
- Microsoft Windows experience, including Server, Workstation, CE, and Mobile
- Proficiency in VBscript or other structure programming language(s)
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database(s)
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities will include,
- Assisting customers with their applications, recommending solutions, and improvements.
- Identifying and troubleshoot application problems.
- Identifying product problem or limitations.
- Running product and application tests.
- Assisting with Quality Assurance.
- Assisting with customer start-ups.

Technical Trainer
InduSoft offers a powerful family of industrial software products for developing Windows-based applications in industrial automation, instrumentation, and embedded systems. We are looking for a technical training professional to design and deliver customer and partner training and certification programs for InduSoft products. The ideal candidate will have both training delivery and content development experience. A strong technical background is a must.
Successful candidates will have,
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training courses to a wide variety of audiences.
- Charismatic, enthusiastic, and energetic presentation skills.
- Ability to present technical information in an interesting and compelling manner.
- Background in industrial automation for oil and gas operations, automotive, packaging, pharmaceutical, etc.
- In depth knowledge with at least one HMI and/or SCADA system (e.g., InduSoft, WonderWare, ICONICS, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE-FANUC, OMRON, or other PLCs.

- Deliver training courses to customers and partners.
- Create and maintain instructor and student guides, exercises, train-the-trainer materials, and web-based training, videos, and self-assessment programs.
- Keep abreast of product additions and enhancements by working with development and customer support.
- Manage and maintain training environment (hardware, software, and network).
- Travel as required, mostly in North America although some international travel may be required.
- Other duties as required.
