Austin, Texas (InduSoft) October 16, 2012 –InduSoft has seen a great demand among Spanish speaking customers for additional resources for InduSoft products and services in Spanish. To meet this need, InduSoft has added Spanish language support to the existing support options for InduSoft customers and users of InduSoft Web Studio. Spanish support for InduSoft products is provided by Smart Instruments, an InduSoft partner in Peru, and will serve all Spanish speaking customers. A Spanish language version of InduSoft Web Studio is already available for download. A Spanish language website will follow shortly. InduSoft’s near goal is to provide full support and product information in Spanish, including training and webinar opportunities. InduSoft’s online training video series is currently in production of a Spanish language version.
Support currently offered for Spanish speaking customers includes email support at firstname.lastname@example.org, live chat technical support, and phone support for Spanish speaking customers. Phone and Chat support will be available during 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for the UTC/GMT -5 time zone. To access Spanish language support options, customers may send an email, utilize the live chat feature on the InduSoft web site, or call InduSoft’s US office.
