I do not use Omron but, according to the driver manual, since you are using network 1 then you need to set the Station to 1 on the Advanced settings of the OMETH driver.

Yes, i can ping the PLC from my PC for sure.

You mean the station should be set to 1:1 or 1, i have do that both and still cannot communicate.

Are you trying to use the OMRON and OMETH drivers on the same machine at the same time? It is possible that all of the OMETH traffic is being intercepted by the OMRON (Sysmac/FINS gateway) driver, especially if they are using the same port/network/node settings. If you are, try changing the port number and node for the OMETH driver.

You can also try to increase the start message timeout setting.

I guess what I was asking is if Sysmac gateway or fins gateway was installed on the Indusoft PC? (you do not need them for OMETH)
You can still try changing the port number and/or node number to see if it helps.
    What OS are you using?
Is the firewall disabled? (you may need to allow port 9600)
Is the 'Driver Runtime' task set to automatic?
What do you see in the output window if you enable 'Field Read Commands' on the output window settings?
