    T e m p e r a t u r e  C o n t r o l  F a c e p l a t e

This symbol is a Temperature Controller face plate. It has limits for Minimum and Maximum values, PV value and Set Point value. The user can click on the set point value and use a popup keypad (if it is enabled in the project settings) to directly enter a value. The up and down buttons will increment/decrement by .1 if touched (clicked) and by 1 repeating if held down. It also displays the output status

Click the link in the symbol name (above) to get to the specification and download page.

Feel free to reply, leave comments or ask questions about this symbol in this forum thread by pressing the "Add Reply" button or using the "Quick Reply" text entry box at the bottom of this page.

    Hello,

this is exactly what Im looking for but I need to get a number of these on one screen.
Is there any way to reduce the size of this object?

    Hi @Awallace,

You will need to edit the symbol itself (right click on the object and "Edit Linked Symbol") which will open the object in the Symbol Editor that looks like another project screen. You might want to review the symbols training video at: http://www.indusoft.com/Marketing/A...bols-Video

Edits that are made to a linked symbol are propagated throughout the project, so you might want to save the edited copy under a different name.
