InduSoft is currently beta testing a new chat support feature that will allow visitors to get support from InduSoft via a chat button. While we test, we would love to get your opinion on this new service, so please feel free to send us your feedback via the chat option.
Look for the chat button option on our homepage (scroll to the bottom of the page) and on our Contact page.
We are currently only testing this feature in the United States, and we should be online during all US business hours (9-5 CST). If a member of the InduSoft team is online to assist you, the chat option will say ‘online’. If no one is available, the chat button will read ‘Offline’. If no InduSoft representatives are online, please click the offline button to send us an email. This option will direct an email through our regular communication channels, and you will be put into the queue of those awaiting assistance.
Support, Licensing, and Sales
When you click the chat icon, you may decide which department you need to speak to, whether it’s support, licensing or sales. Someone in the department will assist you. If no one in the department is available online, you will have the option to email them directly.

If you feel that you were kept waiting too long, or didn’t get the answers you were looking for, please let us know.
