Albag Engenharia Industrial, equipment and systems manufacturer for the handling and transport of PVC compounds powder for the manufacture of pipes, ceilings, and PVC compounds, will demo at Interplast 2012 a system developed by Engel Automação using InduSoft Web Studio.
The application developed using InduSoft Web Studio monitors the components handling system used in the manufacture of the PVC powder, such as PVC resin, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, stabilizers and pigments. Through the stored recipes and the production requirements, the PLC performs weighing, transportation, and supply steps of each raw material for mixing the PVC compound to be produced in processing machines. After each batch, reports are created to monitor the performance.
