InduSoft Web Studio is a SCADA software package that includes over 240 built-in drivers for communication with every major manufacturer of PLC and controller. These drivers are included in the software, and OPC is also supported for communications that require other protocols. This month, both the FANUC and OMETH drivers were updated.
OMETH v10.5
The OMETH driver is a FINS protocol for Omron CS1 and CV PLCs. This driver has been updated to improve headers and Virtual Groups in the Main Driver Sheet.
FANUC v10.4
The FANUC driver is the SNP protocol for GE Series 90 PLCs. This driver has been updated to improve write performance, allow bit write using a write trigger, and extend the block size for digital headers.
